He further details such things as who is it that has the authorization to approve laws in Islam, how are texts from the Qur'an and Sunnah analyzed, and how apparently contradicting sources are reconciled.

The study of Usool al-Fiqh, or the principles of how something becomes law in Islam, is considered to be the “grammer” of Islamic Law. Muhammad Alshareef was born and raised in Canada. In his youth, he memorized the Qur’an and later graduated with an Islamic Law degree from the Islamic University of Madinah, class of 1999.
