For active people and athletes who need energy, endurance and fast muscle recuperation, the Bee Active™ formula adds 12 herbs, including ginger and fenugreek, to honey and raw bee pollen to enhance performance. By stimulating the circulatory system and blood flow, ginger increases oxygen to the tissues to help overcome low energy. And, fenugreek improves recovery of the muscles glycogen reserves to boost natural energy and increase performance.

NutraBee™ has enhanced the natural energy boosting properties of raw honey in Bee Active™ by adding 12 certified-organic (USDA and OPCC/Pro Cert. Canada) herbs and botanicals. Sage, senna, fennel, cumin, cinnamon, mustard seed, anise, coriander, ginger, cloves, fenugreek and echinacea are combined with 100% pure unprocessed Canadian honey and raw bee pollen, for a great-tasting, natural energy boost.

Raw honey or unprocessed honey is honey that has not been heated or pasteurized, only filtered. Heating honey 160 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit discourages crystallization of honey, but destroys enzymes secreted from the digestive tracts of bees collecting the nectar. Besides carbohydrates (mostly fructose and glucose sugars), honey contains trace amounts of B-complex and C vitamins, and minerals (potassium, calcium, etc.). Raw honey also contains bee pollen which is filtered out in processed honey products. Pollen can act as a natural anti inflammatory.

How to Use

• 1 teaspoon (10 g) per day to start.
• Delicious straight off the spoon.
