Just insert one of the cards and press what you would like to listen to and it reads it out loud. You can hit the repeat button on the unit or on the small mouse that is included. You can also listen to the whole card by pressing the 'whole page' button on the unit or the mouse. If you want to listen individually just plug in the included headset in the unit.
