This is an amazing tafseer of the Qur'an which is layed out like a modern commentary rather than a classical tafseer. The language and approach is very comprehensive. Tafheem ul-Qur'an has a wider appeal to the public because it is the ONLY tafseer I've come across so far that doesn't require previous knowledge on the topic. It is a contemporary presentation of the classical understanding, and I would especially recommend it to non-Muslims or Muslims who are relatively new to the field of Tafseer. Highly Highly recommended.
