Imam Anwar's audio lectures are not new to Muslims in the West. His lecture series on foundational topics in Islam such as Day of Judgment, Lives of the Prophets, alayhemus salam. Currently, he is focusing on producing a detailed account of the life of the Last Messenger of Allah, Muhammad, sallallahu alayhe wa sallam. These series of lectures are invaluable source of well-presented and inspiring authentic Islamic education. Imam Anwar's style is scholarly yet accessible to lay Muslims, and particularly attractive to the Muslim youth.

The first part of this series has been compiled into a sixteen CDs collection, in which he covers the Makkan life of the Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhe wa sallam with characteristically clear, interesting storytelling well-supported by evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah.

This series which is primarily based on Ibn Katheer's book on the Seerah, thoroughly cover the Makkan period. After some necessary introduction, definition and historical background, each CD covers, in vivid details, a specific stage of the Seerah thus facilitating search and reference of a considerable amount of information.

These stories instill in the heart of the listeners deep love for the Prophet, sallallahu alayhe wa sallam, and teach tremendous lessons for living our own lives in the image of the pure Seerah. Muslims of all ages will greatly benefit from this series.
